For Pinta & Play® Mommy & Me classes, adult supervision is required throughout the class. Parents/guardians are expected to be attentive during class, to stay aware of the child you are with to ensure they are engaged with the session.
Make up class policy
Make up sessions are provided for Pinta & Play® season series only, do not roll over into subsequent seasons and are not offered for drop in classes for Pinta & Play®, Cuenta Cuentos shows, nor pop up weekend sessions.
For Pinta & Play® series, we offer up to 2 make ups, which expire at the end of the current season. To schedule make ups, please email us at info@pintaandplay.com.
Make ups sessions are permitted to be used by siblings or a friend, so long as they are the proper age for the class.
Please be aware that we do not hold spots. Sessions are only reserved by using the registration and payment forms for the desired class.
Any additional children (e.g. siblings or friends) who are accompanying registered children, must be registered in advance of classes to secure a spot. When classes are full, any extra accompanying children, who are not previously registered, will not be able to participate in the session (due to space capacity issues).
Weather-related cancellations
In cases of inclement weather, Pinta & Play® classes are postponed to a date that follows the season series. In such cases, notifications are sent out at least one day in advance of the class.
Registrations for Pinta & Play® Classes - (Mommy and Me, Pre-Schoolers and Grandes), pop-up sessions, workshops and special events are non-refundable.
