‍For Pinta & Play® Mommy & Me classes, adult supervision is required throughout the class. Parents/guardians are expected to be attentive during class, to stay aware of the child you are with to ensure they are engaged with the session.

‍Make up class policy

‍Make up sessions are provided for Pinta & Play® season series only, do not roll over into subsequent seasons and are not offered for drop in classes for Pinta & Play®, Cuenta Cuentos shows, Open Play nor pop up weekend sessions.

For Pinta & Play® series, we offer up to 2 make ups, which expire at the end of the current season.Please make sure you schedule your make ups well before the season ends.

‍Please be aware that we do not hold spots. Sessions are only reserved by using both the registration form (step 1) and payment form (step 2) for the desired offering.

Any additional children (e.g. siblings or friends) who are accompanying registered children, must be registered in advance of classes to secure a spot. When classes are full, any extra accompanying children, who are not previously registered, will not be able to participate in the session (due to space capacity issues).

Release of liability

‍Parents and visiting caregivers ("Visitors") recognize that there are hazards and risks connected with open play, birthday parties and scheduled Pinta & Play classes. As such, the families registering their child and/or attending classes with them hereby exempts, releases and holds harmless Pinta & Play LLC and its owners, employees, subcontractors and volunteers from any and all claims or causes of action arising out of personal injuries suffered by themselves/his/her child during the course of play and/or classes. It is further acknowledged by the Visitors that the Visitors are responsible for the safety of the child they have brought to our sessions. The Visitors further agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Pinta & Play LLC against any loss, damage or expense incurred by reason of any claim or liability based upon personal injury or property damage/loss arising out of the action of Visitor or his/her child.

‍Weather-related cancellations
‍
‍In cases of inclement weather, Pinta & Play® classes are postponed to a date that follows the season series. In such cases, notifications are sent out at least one day in advance of the class.

‍Registrations for Pinta & Play® Classes - (Mommy and Me, Pre-Schoolers and Grandes), pop-up sessions, workshops and special events are non-refundable.

Health-related guidelines

‍Pinta & Play Bilingual Studio is a nut-free facility. For the safety of all in our community, including those that have peanut or tree nut allergies, we appreciate your cooperation by not bringing any kind of nuts into our facilities during any Pinta & Play offering, whether it is at our Pinta & Play Bilingual Studio, or any other location we provide our sessions.

Food allergies - some of our offerings, such as our Preschooler Bilingual Artist and GRANDES classes, include snacks. While we are a nut-free facility, we need to know ahead of time for any strict food allergies so that we can consider this information when selecting our snacks that we offer.

No symptoms of illness policy - we work hard to maintain a safe and clean environment for all of our kids. In accordance with these efforts, we have a "no symptoms of illness" policy where we request that caregivers and children that are exhibiting symptoms of illness stay home to reduce risk of affecting others in our community. For full-season packages, depending on availability and timing, make up classes may be provided if you or your child cannot attend a session due to illness.
